First it was climate, then elephant. Looks like mishaps and delays have been part and parcel of this Mani Ratnam’s project. ‘Raavana’ since its shooting on-set has been attracting obstacles, in the process delaying its finale.

According to sources the director’s camp has started to buzz again. The director has made fresh start yesterday in the equally refreshing locale, Ooty. This time he has made up his mind to do away with animals. “Mani Sir is more interested in completing the shoot of the film rather than running to Animal Welfare Board and trying to convince them that the elephant which was on the sets of the film in Athirapally was not used for the shoot,” added the sources.

Now, the entire cast and crew on the movie are back to the form with fresh vigour and hope. Hope in terms of belief that no more hurdles will come in the way hereafter.
